Although having originally graduated as a graphic designer, Andy has more than 20 years’ experience in running technology companies and has worked with clients ranging from small businesses to multinational organisations. In the process, he has gained considerable experience not only as an interface designer who understands how wireframes, prototypes and functional specs fit into the big project picture but as an inspirational leader of large software teams. With Digitals he is able to combine his passion for technology with his creative background to build a company that spans both disciplines, finding the most effective technical solutions while keeping an eye on asthetics. Our clients love him for his honesty, integrity and ability to create win win situations for everyone.
Beata Green
Beata has over 20 years of experience in various senior roles in software development. She currently works full time as the CTO for a large healthcare organisation, where she is responsible for delivering the full program of work. In this role, she leads the team to build the technology architecture, enhance capabilities, improve processes, and drive innovation. Previously she has assisted clients in implementing complex software solutions. Her experience spans corporations and SMEs alike and she excels in bringing out the best in individuals to realise their potential. Beata is a Liveryman of the Worshipful Company of Information Technologists and a graduate of the Goldman Sachs 10KSB Programme for leaders of high-growth businesses.
Peter O'Keeffe
Peter is an accomplished software engineer with a unique background as a medical doctor, bringing a rare blend of technical expertise and healthcare insight to his role at Digitals. With extensive experience in designing innovative solutions, Peter specialises in building scalable microservices, optimising software performance, and delivering user-centric applications. His recent projects include leading advanced mobile development initiatives and implementing secure, efficient systems for healthcare operations. Adeola is an accomplished product manager with over five years of experience in AI, FinTech, and EdTech, bringing a wealth of expertise to his role at Digitals. Adeola excels in leading cross-functional teams, managing product roadmaps, and delivering innovative solutions that drive user engagement and operational efficiency. His expertise spans Agile methodologies, AI training, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder engagement. Zhamayne Fakharuzi
Mayne is a dedicated researcher and innovator with expertise in human communication sciences, clinical linguistics, and healthcare technology. For her PhD at the University of Sheffield, she has developed a culturally adapted remote neuropsychological assessment for post-stroke aphasia. With experience as a researcher, educator, and impact officer, Mayne excels in designing evidence-based solutions, data visualization, and compliance in healthcare frameworks. A founder-in-residence at Zinc VC and a Clinical Entrepreneur Programme participant, she is passionate about leveraging technology to address pressing health challenges and improve patient care, showcasing a unique blend of academic rigor and entrepreneurial drive.
Warren Howard
An AWS DevOps certified IT professional with 24 years of work experience in the UK, Australia, and India, helping organisations to restructure their technology operations using containerization, orchestration, and infrastructure as code techniques. Warren bridges communication gaps, tearing down the walls between functions – especially between developers, IT operations, and security, with a keen focus on the processes and the metrics. He was promoted to Managing Director to lead the Azure DevOps and Data Migration Arm of his previous business, holding accountability for the performance and success of the business. Warren has experience in managing employees, building stable teams, and has a strong track record of delivering successful customer outcomes.

Natalia is a dedicated Applied Psychology student at the most famous Polish University, the Jagiellonian University in Kraków, with a strong fascination for clinical and social psychology branches. She is interested in exploring the intricacies of the human mind and behavior – cognitive processes, motivations, and the social dynamics that shape our interactions. Building on her academic foundation, she is delving into the dynamic field of marketing, refining her skills in crafting engaging content that resonates with audiences. She believes in the power of effective communication and storytelling to build meaningful connections. This includes using the latest AI tools to make the most efficient use of her time while ensuring that the human touch is not lost in the process.
Tanzil Parkar
Tanzil is a seasoned pharmacist and AI consultant with over nine years of experience in clinical, public health, and healthcare innovation. He develops clinical algorithms adhering to regulatory standards, and advises health-tech startups on NHS integration and compliance. Tanzil has led impactful projects, including a 600% increase in NHS Health Check uptake in Luton, and actively collaborates with stakeholders across healthcare sectors. Rosey Woodhead
Rosey is a digital strategist, programme director, and consultant with over 30 years of experience working with the NHS. Her roles have spanned technological delivery, strategy development, enabling convergence, and leading transformational challenges for digital change across health and care services. She is a member of the British Computer Society (MBCS), a Freeman of the Worshipful Company of Information Technologists and is qualified in Managing Successful Programmes and PRINCE2 (Projects In Controlled Environments). Rosey is also dedicated to voluntary work as a charity ambassador for www.redtrouserday.com, supporting key health and care charities by raising awareness and funds for essential research and patient outcomes.
Dr. Miranda Quinney
Miranda is a gerontologist with a keen interest in psychological well-being. She is passionate about finding ways to ensure that we all live well for longer. Her PhD research in the area of healthy ageing focused on the accessibility of resources that empower individuals to make decisions about their healthcare management, a key factor in mental well-being. As a trustee for Age UK, City of London, her work for Hospice UK and the Mental Health Foundation, and most recently her volunteer work at the Charterhouse, she is constantly reminded of the importance of easy access to up-to-date health and healthcare information. Miranda is deeply committed to the development of digital health solutions, providing individuals with the tools needed to prepare for a healthy older age.
